How wizzio is transforming digital banking for Banco Millennium Atlântico in Angola
Novabase recently deployed its account opening solution – “On Boarding By Wizzio” – at Banco Millennium Atlântico. The project, which will launch tomorrow as a pilot project at one of the bank’s branches, makes the bank an early adopter of this technology in Angola, and marks the first year of Banco Privado Atlântico’s merger with Banco Millennium Angola.
This solution by Novabase simplifies the entire account opening process. The customer’s data is captured through the Microsoft Surface tablet, thereby eliminating paper forms. The identification information needed for the account opening process is gathered via automatic reading, which saves time and enhances the quantity and quality of this information.
The operation is done in around 20 minutes, the time needed to complete the process at the bank’s central offices, allowing customers to transact their account faster with the debit card and PIN provided at the time of opening the account.
